Excellent on both bookings. From Santiago airport to hotel and back to airport. Would happily use again.

No cancellation refund and no customer support to contact. No contact number. It so seems that the company is only acting as the middle person between the customers and drivers.

No fuss, always in time. I’ve had the same driver (Quinton) twice in Cape Town, and he is exceptional. Pleasant, informative, and efficient.

Our driver Kesevan picked us up on time and at the designated place despite our flight being one hour late. His vehicle was clean and spacious and modern and we had the most pleasant drive to the hotel. His driving was calm and professional in the crazy Paris traffic. He is an excellent ambassador for Welcome Pickups.

Tried to use this company for a trip in Spain. Contacted customer support before hand to see how we ensure we had a large enough vehicle to accommodate two people travelling with two bike boxes. I followed their system and several times drives showed up with no big enough vehicles. They said they couldn’t see the notes for bike boxes on their side of the app. I had drivers cancel with me last minute and sat it was my fault so I would get charged instead of them. I had the company cancel on me two hours before a transfer because they couldn’t find anyone so I was on my own last minute. Found them super unreliable. Use Uber, at least you know what you are getting.

Drivers are prompt, speak English, help you with your bags into the destination location.

After using this service for the first time and having a delayed flight, the driver left. I got a refund after finally finding a place to contact them and they issued me a credit which was for 10€ less than I had pain. Basically I lost that money and they wouldn’t make it right. Thanks but no thanks. Won’t touch em again. BTW, Uber ended up being cheaper anyways👍🏼

We were very happy using welcome pickups when we left Valencia using them vs transit to get to the train station. It was easier and faster than an Uber or taxi. Our driver texted us through the app seamless easy. We then used them again in Madrid to go from Joaquin sorolla station to Atoche due to a short time window. Good app, I think my wife found the app through Tripadvisor. Cheers from Canada
