As a single woman travelling alone, I appreciate the security of knowing that I’ll have a reliably punctual, comfortable and friendly driver to get me where I need to go, when I need to be there.

Arrived on time driver pleasant and 2 weeks later we were picked,up from our hotel to return to the airport, again driver on time and excellent service.

Easy to book. On time. Made transfer after a long journey so easy

Unprofessional, rude and charged us for additional luggage even though it was the same at pick up. We travel and use services like this all the time and have never been treated with such disrespect. AVOID!!! This experience will be shared with all other travelers through the Hilton Community and Expedia. Crooks.

Driver was awesome, spoke good English and arrived on time. He asked us what music we liked and put it on radio!

I was nervous about getting around and this company was waiting for us with a sign, had no problem locating our driver. The driver was very friendly and shared local tips and recommendations. We used the service on our return and same experience. Highly recommend them!

Professional service, on-time and clean vehicle.

Booked a ride from Athens airport a couple of weeks ago. The app says that the driver will monitor your flight. I don’t know how this is possible because the app didn’t prompt me to add in my flight info. Driver arrived on time but our flight was delayed 1 hour. Driver charged us a fee for every 15 min he waited. He was a nice person, very pleasant-offered up all kinds of suggestions on what we should see, but why should I pay for him to wait? Our return ride to the airport was fine. Driver arrived at our apartment right on time (3am). Was pleasant. No surprise fees. There’s no way to tip drivers in the app. So you need to have cash. Overall: some good, some bad. Decent alternative if ride sharing apps aren’t used in the country you’re traveling in.
