Unable to consistently validate my identity
What is with these banking apps and constantly locking customers out of accounts. Every time I go to sign in. Error message pops up telling me you are unable to validate my identity, after changing passwords and calling the time wasting call center, I still have to deal with this. This is a serious bug error. I should not have to change my password every time I log in, nor should my online account be locked every time an attempt is made to log into my account.
