App is bad and buggy
On the 9th of January I tried buying tickets for a future date, but the app generated a wrong ticket. Then I wrote to the WienMobil e-mail and they said to me to buy another ticket with the same date and that they will return my money for the previous one. So, I did so and guess what… The app once again generated a wrong date so I wrote an e-mail again and they said that they will respond as fast as they could. Yes, but no! It’s 4th of February and I still don’t have an answer and I have three tickets with wrong date that are not refunded! Do not use, because the app sucks, better go buy a physical ticket! It’s a very disappointing and discouraging experience!
