Wildfulness 2 - Nature Sounds

It seems that many other people find the compulsory music unbearable. Why not make it optional? Annoyed that I paid for the app and now have no desire to use it :(

I’ve never written a review on the App Store before, despite using it since it opened. And I thought long and hard before writing a negative review. I loved this app, until the non-optional music was added. It’s quite frustrating when you’ve paid to unlock all the amazing soundscapes, which were really, really good, to have them taken away and replaced with something so very different. I have endless ambient music to listen to. I wanted, and paid for, nature soundscapes. Unfortunately, the music is too intrusive to use the app anymore, and isn’t what I felt I had purchased. It gives me pause that this can happen, and there’s no way to step back to the earlier version.

I loved the app when it just had the nature sounds but now that you’ve added the music, for me it’s sort of ruined it. Don’t get me wrong the musics lovely but I just don’t want it when I’m trying to sleep/relax. I would be really grateful if you would at least give us the option to turn the music off. Most people I’ve seen (who have reviewed this amazing app) have complained about the same thing. Hope you see this and get back to us. Thank you😊

wish the update had an optional setting because i prefered the old version w out the extra music

I really like having ambient noise when I am heading, this app has especially helped with planes. However, i do not like the recent music addition, as it overpowers the nature noises which is what I really crave.

A formerly beautiful and calming app ruined by horrible monotonous music. If you must have it, please make it optional

Please make the music optional

I’ve used this app for over a year and now that they’ve added the music I’ve hardly used it because I used to play music in the background while having the sound effects of nature. Please give us an option to turn off the music.

Please give us the option to turn off the naff tunes!! They are ruining my sleep!

This app suddenly got an update last week adding mandatory music to all the scenes. The cynic in me says the reason is the developers want everyone to try out their new app and pay them a subscription for an always online “service”. I guess you truly can’t own anything anymore. I hope they reconsider, if the music is made optional or if this turns out to be a bug I will remove this review.
