A slow build up but ultimately worth it
Honestly I downloaded this app a month ago and accidentally paid for the year instead of the 1 week free trial! I thought it was money down the drain because I had still only just been thinking about intermittent fasting and hadn’t really committed to it yet. However, about a week ago I decided to commit and started exploring the app a little more and found out all these great features it has like the cute little reminders to stay hydrated, telling me about when i can start eating and how long i have to keep eating! I technically follow the 16-8 plan, but I have the settings on manual because I sometimes start my fast early but still start eating at the same time the next day. I like having the choice of that flexibility because I know i tend to follow plans that aren’t so rigid more often than the ones that are! I also love how it keeps updating me on my progress based on my collective fast hours and the many benefits that my body is no doubt getting from them! So all in all, a fantastic purchase! I am not yet disappointed.
Very disappointing
I just wasted $60 for a yearly subscription. I was of the understanding that you can choose either one of the apps IF plans, or manually enter your own. In fairness you can manually enter your own, but NOT schedule ahead. This is of no use to me. I was hoping for a count down, alerts, motivation, etc for the IF plan that I entered ahead of time. This is not possible and will just be an expensive, useless app that sits phone for the next year.
It Isn’t worth the money
It doesn’t give anything exceptional to think the price is worth it. I like the interface, but the information isn’t of a level that would make me want to subscribe for $89 or $59.
Talk about a slow app
I really liked using this app at first. Now it’s the slowest thing I use. I cancelled my subscription because of all the app issues. It takes several seconds to minutes to have the app register your scrolling, moving a window time, accepting a challenge, logging weight, pretty much everything that’s done in the app. I thought it was just my phone but other users have the same experience. Definitely not worth the over $80 charge. There’s other fasting apps out there that are not frustrating to use like this one is.
Weigh Ins
It would be helpful for the user to establish their own baseline for success regarding how often they weigh themselves. Daily isn’t mentally healthy for everyone.

More like a time keeper. Better to just download a free time keeping app. Tried to cancel/refund subscription but did not allow.
Apple Watch Issue & no support
No matter how long I fast, when I go to end fasting on Apple Watch, it says I’m ending early (“under 12 hours”) and I’ll lose my data. I never fast under 12 hours. I reinstalled and same thing. I emailed for help and was sent an auto response saying sorry, they’re basically not responding to issues at this time lol. WHAT?
No Support
I contacted the support staff to assist in setting up Alternate Day Fasting. I selected this app because it has a “manual” feature. The response received from them was, “ at this time. Our team won’t be able to prioritize the specific issue you encountered. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.” $40 and they can’t be bothered. Priceless.
