Wire is highly unreliable for iPhones. It just randomly keeps crashing. What’s the use of all the high security if one can’t use the app? Why are the developers not doing anything about this? As an organization of 800 people we wanted to implement Wire across but now have changed our mind.

After last update the sound got trouble...

Wire was once a messaging app with good UI design. I find it no longer the same. With the latest update, the profile picture in the background has been blurred so much to the extend that one can no longer see the picture. I want to ask the design team at Wire: what's the point to have a profile photo displayed in the background? I have written to Wire's team regarding the inaudible notification sound. It is so soft that you can't hear it although the phone is right in front of you. This hasn't changed since I contacted the team via email last year. Also, if the Wire app has not been opened for some time, messages can't come in but still get a notification of incoming messages. The app will display "You haven't used this device for a while. Some messages will not appear here." So, Wire app has caused me to lose some important messages and it is going to lose me. Good bye Wire! I feel better using Threema and Telegram.

Very sleek UI, makes whatsapp look like antique. gifs take a very long time to load before sending tho please fix that? Love the app nonetheless keep up the good work guys!

Hard to use, complicated and full of bugs issues :(

Works sleek, BUT: 1. Can not send a 🙄 directly from iPhone, always has to go back to normal keyboard to find the SEND button 2. To edit the profile is very cumbersome- 3. How to look at the profile picture of the other party? Klicking on it should do the job, no? 4. Overall mediocre GUI - can clearly see that Skype guys were at it..

Hi! Im your Wire App fan from Malaysia. I love the style and theme. Clean and elegant! However, there's an issue. Whenever I received a new text, the notification didn't come out. I hope you can fix this bug. Thanks :)

All that's left now is to offer video calls.
