Got problems with my premium & ignored emails
I signed up for premium since January 2024 and enjoyed the app until the end of February. I kept emailing but there has been no response since 1st of March. Super disappointed with the customer service

Not worth the money
Hey if you wanna have an useful app to learn new words daily. DONT USE THIS APP. Believe me. Some of the words recommended are out-of-date and rarely used. Besides, you could only learn one word per day. And the games are mediocre. Gonna pay about $4/month for all of those things. Never use it again
Broken pronunciation
I like the app but a lot of words lately when I try to listen to the pronunciation audio it is just weird noises instead of the correct pronunciation. Also sometime it doesn’t show up on the widget and it is also a hard time to click on the audio button because it doesn’t work right away or at all. Sometimes I keep pressing and there is no sound coming out. Suggestion: if the sound can just play by itself when you open the app or at least make it easier to click on the audio button. Make the audio available in a widget as well
