Can’t see my own roster and notifications don’t go away

I keep receiving error 500 when I tried to login to the app and how can I get this fixed I went to the support and their was no article about error 500

Very confusing to much things just for a simple task

How about fixing the annoying red dot notification for messages when there are no messages. Been like this for a long time. Just updated app and still the red dot notification is there. Deleting and reinstalling app a while back didn’t work either . Can you fix it?

This is one of the most frustrating apps on my phone. I have repeatedly had issues with messages not showing up, notifications for messages that I have read weeks ago, and the most frustrating of all: the downright *inability* to use the punch clock in the app. I have tried everything, and for weeks now I constantly get a message that suggests that I haven’t given this app any location access. This, of course, is ridiculous. WorkJam has access to my precise location constantly, and I have set that in settings in an attempt to get rid of these messages. I’ve logged out and back in, deleted and reinstalled the app, force quit countless times, and yet nothing works. On top of all this, the app is slow, buggy, and generally just frustrating to use. The UI needs a lot of work to make things easier to navigate, and something needs to fundamentally change to get this app to run better. I have a 14 Pro Max, for god’s sake. This should run flawlessly, and yet it doesn’t. The only reason I gave WorkJam two stars instead of one is that responding to shift offers in the app (that’s *if* I get a notification for them) is more convenient than responding to them at work. Edit: one star now. This is wretched, awful software. I was logged out multiple times and was unable to log back in. I’m fairly tech-savvy, and I know how to use software very well, so I know that this is not an error on my part. The issues with shift clocking are still prevalent, and they’re more frustrating now that meal breaks have to be clocked. I can’t express enough my distain for this app. The day I leave my job and get to uninstall this woeful software from my phone will be a joyous day indeed. Horrible experience. Just awful.

If you keep app open after punch in, you have to close app entirely to punch out. Won’t let you without doing this. Says location issue. The other thing is that, my manager makes changes and it gives me notifications but when I click on it, it takes me to my schedule and not what changes has been made to my schedule.

Store Channel is not loading in order after last update! Communication is key and team need the most recent to load first so they door miss anything.
