Fix your channel loading times. I‘m waiting multiple minutes until my messages appear in your app. Fix that!!!

Add chat reactions! Sometimes I want to engage but don’t want to send a whole text that notifies everyone.

Since the last update, work jam, unable to upload my schedule like before, it’s showing nothing. I tried logging out and in back , I deleted the app and reinstalling it but it same issue

Do not believe it is a secure app company can set password which is an issue to me. App shuts down on it’s own and will not let you access keyboard. It locks when it wants. iPhone has been crazy since company reset password for workjam

It does all of the things you want it to on paper but using it is a nightmare. Top of the list of problems is the fact that YOU CAN’T EXPORT YOUR CALENDAR! Something I do every week is sit down and flip back and forth entering in my shifts manually into my calendar.

My phone # changed, switched to a different provider . I’ve tried everything to rest with my new # and to no avail. Our company help desk can’t or don’t know how to help. I am not alone there’s at least 5 other co workers affected. The app itself is enjoyable but this is a terrible flaw that needs addressed.

God awful this is useless app half my co workers can’t get on , and the ones that can can’t do half the things with this system!!!!

Apps needs to add “not available” option on availability modification .. there is not option to put “not available” when trying to set up availability

Save your password, LITERALLY. This app tends to log you out every day.

When Trying To Add Your Bank, It Gives Error Code 10250. SUPER INCONVENIENT.!
