World of Hyatt

Stayed here about 5-6 years ago for a family trip. Turned around and 4+ years later. STILL booking this exact place for the family Everytime we come down. Love it!

This app looks nice but functions extremely poorly. I first attempted to book a hotel on a same-day Saturday night and got to the payment screen, and the payment button was nonresponsive. I then tried a second and the app showed a confirmation for Friday night - which is yesterday! Fortunately, the app eventually updated, but imagine the stress of thinking you've somehow just been charged for a stay in the past. I also attempted to change my default payment card and received the message "Error deleting GP Credit Card from profile." Come on Hyatt, you're a national chain. Do better.

The app is Efficient and easy to use. Chat has quick responses

Your points expire, you pay 2x more for nights than local competitors, the price of everything onsite are like airport pricing.

It’s a useless app when every single hotel regardless of city or dates just says “contact hotel”. Ended up becoming with Marriott and Hilton instead. Will delete app if this issue isn’t fixed.

I love Hyatt and Rewards their application is great super easy user-friendly always works. Hyatt has the best reward points then any other hotel I haven been using them for years.

The World of Hyatt app compares poorly to the Marriott Bonvoy and Hilton Honors apps that I use much more frequently. Trying to make a multi-night reservation using a free night award and either cash or points is either impossible or much more complicated than it ought to be.

The only issue I have with the app is that when I go to add a child, it is near impossible to click the drop down for the child’s age. Has happened every time for months. Please fix!

The app shows me everything I want. Photos, price, etc. Easy to book. I was impressed with Hyatt on a recent stay. AMAZING customer service. World-class gym. It is enough for me to prioritize their hotels over others. I hope it stays great. :)
