Missing stay credit - unprofessional attitude
- They keep missing my stay credits. I have requested at least 3 times in two months. And every time they would told me to wait for 14 days. Come on, it’s been more than two months. And I had provided all the proofs (booking number, email). How difficult it is for you to check your system?
- Unprofessional attitude: no explanation at all. All of the agents kept telling me to wait with no explanation. Hyatt didn’t send any update email. And I feel like the agents try to cut me off before I can express and complain about it. What is this discrimination?
That’s why I cancel all my next bookings with Hyatt.

Version 6.3.1 fixed the crash bug.

App no longer starts after version 6.3 update.
No longer works
After the 6.3 update the app is no longer opening on my iPhone 8plus. Noting this is happening to others. According to what I am reading, it should work fine and the iOS version I have qualifies. Please fix this!!

Crashes immediately. Delete and re-download ineffective.
Update 6.3 not functional - app force closes on load
Update 6.3 opens then force closes immediately. There’s no direct way to easily contact app support. Restart, uninstall and reinstall etc do not resolve the issue.

Fix the app!!
Although every features has done decently well, but I am not sure why I’m not gaining access in the WOH app! I have an iPhone 8 and iOS 16.7.10; which qualifies the requirement to use it. Tried multiple times to uninstall and reinstall it, yet no luck!! WOH please fix the app; which is driving me ridiculous!!
