(edit: i found out the problem, the voice i use, alloy:ai enhanced, is broken, it doubles the length of each chapter, so it won’t go to the next chapter until the whole 24mins is over) love the app, but there is an annoying bug when i’m listening to chapter, it used to auto play the next chapter, but now it doesn’t, and when the chapter is over it says that it’s still got another 13 mins left, even though it’s over, please fix this
Originally this app was ok, not great but usable. Now it has some bad bugs that render it unusable. Navigation is the main issue with key navigation and menu items disappearing on iPad and iPhone. I find myself locked in to a story thatI cannot navigate out of. No instructions and a flaky “karma” points system that seems to display random numbers and always less than it should. Only gave it 3 stars for some of the novels. But now you cannot read them anyway. Hopeless. Need to fix issues with the app.
Pretty much one of the best apps to read novels I’ve found. But definitely needs some work. The app crashes when you go to the VIP page through the app, closing and trying again doesn’t work, the app doesn’t allow me to go to any other page, just a white screen is displayed. Had to reinstall the application to get back to normal. Hope the devs fix this soon.
Amazing novels, did not expect translated works to hold up against one’s written in English. Only problem with the app as it stands is a infinite load bug that occurs every 5 ish launches. Other than this bug I think the app is great.
In the past week or so, books that used to be free, now require Karma for every single chapter. In addition, the amount of Karma you can obtain a day is limited so this reduces your ability to binge read novels. Sad to see that Wuxiaworld has became a shell of it’s former self and is currently requiring you to spend if you want to read most of the books.
Don’t get me wrong, Wuxiaworld is a great app with heaps of brilliant novels. But the app no longer works on my phone even tho it says it is in fact compatible with my device. It never loads past the initial screen before it crash’s.
Scrolling pages has just become really laggy on my iPhone 12 after the latest update. I closed all apps and even reset the phone. The change is very noticeable because previously scrolling had been really smooth. Now it feels annoying to the eyes.
I’ve anticipated the release of an app for a while and now that it’s finally arrived and it’s everything and more I’d hoped for!! Love the voice reading and scrolling feature!
Have been reader of this website couples year and here at least on apps!! Great apps and easy to use 👍🏻
