In previous versions, camerata apperead right away. With the latest version even if i have an eccellenti conncetions, i always have errors loading camera. It should be a app of ‘safe’ not loading!

I would like to request your assistance with a few issues I am experiencing: 1.Could you please guide me on how to enable the microphones on my cameras? 2.How can I capture snapshots in HD quality? The current SD quality doesn’t provide sufficient clarity. 3.Lastly, could you explain how to turn off the camera light at night? I’ve noticed that some cameras remain lit throughout the night, while others do not. I would greatly appreciate your help with these matters. Thank you in advance for your support. Best regards,

Dopo ultimo aggiornamento la notifica caricamento resta sullo schermo bloccando app. PS: si togli soltanto mandando app in background e richiamandola !

Non mi si collegano le telecamere mi dice che il dispositivo è offline ma io le vedo dal monitor

Von ios17 non appaiono in schermata le telecamere,penso serva un aggiornamento.

Nel complesso è fatta bene con alcune funzioni da migliorare . Il microfono non funziona, ho cercato di attivare ma non esiste da nessuna parte l’attivazione prompt Microphone permission is turned off Aggiornate!!!

I preset non funzionano, quando si richiama un preset sembra che faccia il setting del punto e non richiama la posizione pre impostata, la cosa peggiore è che se si elimina il preset la App va in crash (complimenti). Prego sistemare perché è un grosso disagio. Grazie
