It just asks me again, over and over.

Literally takes 10 minutes to load the cameras since new update, please fix!!

App would be a lot better if it didn’t have a timer on watching my cameras. I don’t need to be reminded how long I’ve been watching. Get rid of this please. Long load times with high speed internet make this feature absolutely useless. The settings features in the system could be a little more user friendly too. Not everyone is an IT expert. Dumb down the settings for the rest of us. Overall though the basic stuff is pretty easy to use and navigate. Linking the system to the app could be a little more user friendly too.

There was an option to do a quick log in with my Facebook. Without it I can’t log in so now what do I do???? Ugh these are my outside cameras :(

I have a bot problem After three latest update: When I open the app, loading circle(message) is shown and never goes out! How can I fix it?

After the app update that stated, “Fixed known issues,” well they fixed it alright. So it doesn’t work now! When opening, the it just shows “Loading” and stays that way. May have to uninstall now and hope that I can get back in. Very disappointing.

Love the cameras when they do work but good lord the app always knocks you off and the quick login is terrible it had the quick login then knocked me off of it and it’s gone now I gotta use another app for the cameras terrible terrible

When i connect to camera from internet, it shows somebody else's cameras!

We had issues with cameras picking our ceiling fan, flower pots and shrubs as Human detection. We have tried calling for these issues and have sent multiple emails with absolutely no response.
