You can add a preset position, the apps announce day it is saved but when you want to recall the apps announce that there is no preset position saved

Apple is banning my review…but you broke the app with last update. Now when i start the app, a loading popup is blocking me to select my cameras. I have to force close the app couple of times and open the app, and after opening quickly press the camera icon to avoid the “loader” popup start. I hope apple will nor reject this review … i know the clients are not that important as developers, but in the end if you are selling cameras, make sure you provide a stable apps that we can use with the cameras.

Please make something with the app is not working good…i see only one camera, i have 9 camera i want to see all live !!!!

Last version was more than ok. Last version has commercials and you can rarely get rid of them. Too bad!

It just asks me again, over and over.

Literally takes 10 minutes to load the cameras since new update, please fix!!

App would be a lot better if it didn’t have a timer on watching my cameras. I don’t need to be reminded how long I’ve been watching. Get rid of this please. Long load times with high speed internet make this feature absolutely useless. The settings features in the system could be a little more user friendly too. Not everyone is an IT expert. Dumb down the settings for the rest of us. Overall though the basic stuff is pretty easy to use and navigate. Linking the system to the app could be a little more user friendly too.

There was an option to do a quick log in with my Facebook. Without it I can’t log in so now what do I do???? Ugh these are my outside cameras :(

I have a bot problem After three latest update: When I open the app, loading circle(message) is shown and never goes out! How can I fix it?

After the app update that stated, “Fixed known issues,” well they fixed it alright. So it doesn’t work now! When opening, the it just shows “Loading” and stays that way. May have to uninstall now and hope that I can get back in. Very disappointing.
