The old app had the function of displaying graphs of the temperature over the last 12 or 24 hrs... when this is going to be added back to the newer app?

Pessima applicazione, perfettamente in linea con il sistema d’allarme che controlla. Per fortuna ho acquistato su Amazon, così ho potuto rendere l’articolo.

Ormai ho installato il kit antifurto da circa 3 mesi e tutto funziona bene, anche l’app funziona correttamente ma la trovo lenta all’avvio (perché deve controllare il firmware?!?!?) e poi non ha delle scorciatoie per attivare e disattivare l’allarme rapidamente

Stuck on Step 3 of Setup Wizard “Account Setup”. Fill in all details in the format specified, the “Done” button turns yellow, I press it and it goes grey and spins for a few seconds and then goes back to being yellow and says “Done” again. Doesn’t proceed to Step 4, doesn’t email me or text me anything and doesn’t give an error or any other feedback. Have tried on the wife’s phone and with countless variations on password, PIN code, email address etc, all give the same frustrating result. Customer services closed and it’s bank holiday so will be 3 days until I can even speak to anyone. Really poor!

The app is often unresponsive and will not actually reflect the state of the alarm system. For example, even after having changed the battery in a particular sensor the hub still beeps and the app still says to change batteries. It says things like ‘tap for options’ without making a single option available. I only got this alarm system because it was relatively cheap and I am not at all impressed.
