Es macht sehr viel Spaß mit dieser App Yoga zu praktizieren. Man kann sehr gut sein eigenes Level einstellen und nach seinen Ansprüchen die Übungen generieren lassen. Die ganze App ist wirklich super toll.
This app is the start of how life changed. Been 3 years since I started (at least), and I am so thankful for it. Update: Still using it, the prenantal helped a lot during my recent pregnancy. Now I’m back at it postpartum. Thanks to the DownDog team for constantly upgrading and giving us great yoga experience!
It’s a great start of my atomic morning habits ❤️
Love it so much and it is easier to use
Down Dog is bringing me back to life after experiencing a heartbreak… can’t be more thankful!
Perhaps not the best for advanced users, but I find it thoroughly ideal for a beginners’ use! It allows a lot of customisation, which suits to different types of needs in terms of focus (which areas/stretches are your concern) and the time limit per session is set by you. No one-size-fits-all here, you are able to adjust accordingly to your level and time. Once you’ve selected your areas of concern, then only would the app generate the right moves for you. Best purchase ever!
It goes with the smooth flow following the same breath you have and every time is different flow. You can also customise to the level and meet your need. Highly recommended!
The app is pretty good, but Sanskrit pronunciations are atrocious. Also find it strange than in all the voices offered, there isn’t even one Indian name? And I don’t mean that you have to have someone with an Indian accent (though a bit odd that it’s only US/UK/Australian/ white South African - do only white audiences count ?), but why not an Indian American, or a UK Asian person in the mix? Feels a bit othering, as a person of Indian descent. Of course yoga is universal and Indian people are not at the center. But to be conspicuously absent? It’s not good
This is my first time writing review for an app. And I feel I need to do it coz it’s really the best!
