Love the workout hate the new commentary
Always loved this work out. I can change the time and intensity to suit me. In the last few weeks a new commentary has been added. It is full of mistakes in pronunciation and tense. It is also inaccurate, please how can I hold my arms by my sides with my palms pressed together?? I find it distracting and irritating. Please go back to what you did before .
