Something for everyone, but I enjoy the classes by the original lady (in purple top, Rodney Yess and Kevin Flynn. I don’t enjoynthe voices or tone or some of the other tutors. I ignore the beginners/intermediate labels and do what I can regardless of level. I highly recommend this app.
This is the only app that genuinely cured my herniated disc and, if done at least a few times a week, should mean I never need a chiropractor or osteopath again. Much gentler than apple fitness plus to build core strength and fitness for beginners. Admittedly I’m transitioning to peloton and apple yoga and Pilates but that’s only thanks to building up with this first. Well done team.
For those legacy users (like me) who purchased the app before subscriptions were introduced, a once great app has become buggy and difficult to use. Each time there is an update, issues accessing sessions happens causing frustration.
I just love this app! Perfectly balanced yoga workouts for different goals, times and levels. This has really helped improve my flexibility and helped me to lift and run much better.
I’ve been practicing with Yoga Studio for 2 years, it is so good!! Gives me the guidance and the right side of calm that I need everyday, would definitely recommend it to everyone!, beginners and intermediate level well worth every penny.

Like many others, seriously unimpressed by the introduction of the subscription model. I would have paid more initially to buy the app outright as I have found it so useful, but I will not be taking out a subscription. Reading some other recent reviews, I hesitate to use the 'Restore' button! Original review I live on a smallish island and have had problems finding a regular local class at the right level. This app is the next best thing to having a personal tutor. I have only been using it a short time, but it has already revolutionised my practice, which had become a bit stale, stuck in a rut of familiar asanas and sequences. Using the scheduler and a mixture of classes, I have been learning new asanas and revising those that I knew already. The pace of the classes is just right and the instructor guides you through each posture, giving frequent hints about how to get the best out of each. Highly recommended. Update in 2024 I have now taken out a subscription: I am using the app as part of my rehabilitation program after an illness and have been making use of the many additional features that the full app has. The ability to develop my own routines, either from scratch or by adapting one of the existing ones has been really useful. I also find that not having to count breaths allows me to focus more on the asana in question and make micro adjustments to my posture. The only minor grumble is that any minor change to a built-in sequence removes all the commentary from it.
Used to like this app, had classes downloaded and now because they are Pro have to pay extra. There are better apps out there which don’t change prices.
Safe and reliable, I use it two to three times a week. It can be boring, but it is really easy to use when travelling, or too busy to attend live classes.
