I love this app. The timing and intensity of the poses are nice balanced and I find this a perfect Segway into doing yoga on my own rather than trying to stick to fixed class schedules quite apart from the travel time to studios and classes. A must have for anyone who wants to do yoga on their own!
Perfect for those who want to do yoga at home
I love this app. I don’t have a lot of time so its nice to be able to do yoga at home. With all different levels you can progress at your own speed. And the gentle instruction is nice if you are new to yoga or a certain pose. Still loving this app! I’m 71 and if I don’t do yoga several times a week I have some aches and pains I’m not happy having. This app allows me to practice whenever and wherever I like and control the aches and pains.
I simple get the best yoga at any time anywhere, i can do it by myself at my own pace while listening and been guided. Its most beneficial when I got for a run and have to stretch afterwards.
I love this app but constantly have to remove and then reinstall because it won’t open/start the classes. I have supplied feedback to the creators but have not gotten a satisfactory response. It’s very frustrating. That’s why I give it only 2 stars. It’s too bad because it is a great app otherwise.
Thank you for this amazing app! I am currently using the free version (I have done so off and on for years) and I absolutely love it. My favorite thing is the ability to create your own personalized routine. The only pose I wish it had is “namaste.” Unless I’m missing it, please add one. 🙏🏻✌🏻❤️😃
I have been a subscriber for almost 5 years (I believe). The program used have instruction voice over. It was very helpful. Now I have no idea what next move is, need to keep turning my head constantly to look over the video, very disruptive, hard to have a peaceful session. Am considering looking for another app with voice over.

Love the App. The only problem is I do yoga mostly at night to stretch before bed but the classes have a white background and are really bright which interferes with sleep. They need a dark mode or at least a dark background for yoga before bed.
