Best app on my iPhone
This app has changed my life. I had a minor back injury while working out (no disc slippage or so) and after one full year of living w the pain and not being able to get rid of it using physical therapy and avoiding lifting or any kind of back exercise, my back froze one day. The stretches the doctor suggested we’re good but nothing wholesome. I knew about yoga earlier throughout my life but didn’t have the time to go to a yoga instructor daily, and not everyone explained the poses so well. Took me a short while but 7 days after using this app I had no back pain. 3 years down, I can safely say, this app is the best I have on my iPhone. Have recommended it to many and everyone in my family uses it. Money well spent!
