It’s been 2 months I have not been receiving any surveys when I complained no help and it took me months to reach 3520 points my so much time is wasted

So far, so good. Interesting and simple.I have written and taken numerous reviews. This is no different.

Since months i am not aboe to login to my account, i try to wnter email id and wait for the code but don't recieve the code, i thought any update could fix this but nothing happened or it may be the chance that i was close to winning the amount and suddenly i am logged out and not able to login, btw i am using iphone if you can fix this please

I am abt to finish by 5k points after 2 years Just 300 points more but am not receiving any survey for past 3 weeks Mailed them but but they sending automated replies Any others facing same issue ? Is it really genuine?

I have used from 2019 recently I completed 5000 points. Received amount in 15 days. Only one issue is it took 4 years to complete 5K points. I have attempted every survey.
