Het is een goed en logisch opgebouwde app. De enquetes zijn meestal goed te doen en kosten een kleine moeite. Misschien is de standaard 50 punten wat weinig waardoor het een half jaar duurt voordat je de 1500 punten haalt. Maar je moet ook niet vergeten dat je soms een week of weken geen enquete kan krijgen omdat je voorkeuren niet overeen komen, de tien of 25 euro die je uiteindelijk krijgt is niet veel maar wel en leuke aanvulling.

Het duurt een jaar voordat je het aantal punten hebt en dan kan je het nog niet eens door een foutmelding storten op de rekening

Ik krijg al 4 keer een foutmelding als mijn punten in wil wisselen. Ik krijg wel gelijk een automatisch antwoord met dit antwoord Hartelijk dank voor uw e-mail. We hebben uw verzoek ontvangen en zullen het zo snel mogelijk onderzoeken, maar in de tussentijd kunt u het antwoord dat u zoekt misschien in ons helpcentrum vinden. Maar oplossen ho maar. Heel vervelend en hoop dat dit snel opgelost word

got it the 25th march 2024 and today i earnt enough points for a £50 gift card! i chose primark and it said it would take 3-4 days but i got the card within 5 minutes which was awesome! the surveys aren’t too long, the longest i ever did was 25 minutes but only took around 15, where as there are others that are only around two minutes, the longer the more points though! i’d defo recommend getting Also jearnt another gift card 2 days ago! it is an amazing app

After getting 5000 points and redeeming with bank transfer there’s no sign of it in my bank days later and no way of reaching YouGov apart from a request form where you get no response. Just pointless after doing so many surveys for nothing!

Be aware, the paid surveys are ok to start with but after you earn (after a long time !) your first £50 they just dry up. There’s literally no chance of getting beyond that point any time soon so I may well call it quits v soon.!!

Be very careful almost everyone gets locked out of their account upon reaching the payout , they use all your data and give nothing. Void scam .

If you have spare time and like filling out questionnaires then this is a good app. Most surveys take 15mins to fill out and you’ll only receive 50 credits for each. It has taken me 10 months to earn enough credits to receive cash back.
