This app is interesting and you earn points for answering questions and taking surveys. However the navigation can be confusing. If you click the wrong thing you get dumped out of the survey and earn no points. There is an arrow that takes you back to the Home Screen it looks like a back arrow it is like a third rail. You lose everything in the survey you’re working on and you can’t go back into it. You get no points.

They have some sort of racket going on. You earn your points then they take away your ability to log in. Avoid this app as it will waste your time and never help you. I have sent multiple requests to no avail.

After many hours completing repetitive and tedious surveys I earned enough points to claim a gift card. The card never came. The surveys asked for more and more personal information. It became very invasive. Such a ripoff and scam. Don’t fall for this scam survey app!

I love this app, it's fun and easy to use. But in the last few weeks, it stalls out before showing the question and the screen shows that it's processing for MINUTES at a time. I usually can answer 1 question and then it stalls out again. If I close the app and reopen it the next day I might get one more question on the same survey. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app. I’ve updated it a few times recently. Nothing works. I hope it gets fixed because I love doing these surveys.!

The YouGov app began to glitch after some of their latest updates. I will be emailed invitations to take a survey, and when I attempt to take it, the Survey spools and never completely loads. This has happened seven times and I have reported it each time, but the fix is never made.

YouGov surveys have been enjoyable to take up into recently. You really need to pay attention and get your malfunctioning website fixed. I take surveys to help with research efforts and make money. It really is a waste of my time when I click on a YouGov email link just to discover a malfunctioning website . It leaves me at a dead end and I really can’t go any further . hope you’ll get it fixed soon and keep it fixed . Thank You

20-30 mibutes on here and crashes at the end

For the last few days the app has been very buggy. I can’t finish surveys. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The browser isn’t working either. I cleared caches and deleted cookies and all of that stuff. Still not working. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Everything was fine until I got close to the amount of points that could be redeemed. Since then I have received 3 requests for surveys and none of them have worked. I have reached out to customer service and no response.
