Absolútne sa neviem dopracovať k reklamácii tovaru, ku postupu ako reklamovať tovar.
Prvé sklamanie
Využívam zalando roky, stovky nákupov a nikdy som nemal žiaden problém nech sa jednalo o čokoľvek. No dnes som zažil veľké sklamanie keď som zistil, že za darčekovú kartu si nemôžem kúpiť hodinky ? Čo je toto za stupiditu, že si vyhradzujete čo môžem a čo nemôžem za svoje vlastné peniaze kúpiť ? Aký je rozdiel medzi darčekovou kartou a peniazmi ? Nepoviem keby ste 50€ kartu predávali z 5€ tak mi kľudne zakážte kúpiť 99% výrobkov ale takto ? Sestra mi dala darčekovú kartu, chcem si kúpiť niečo ako tak vecné a môžem si kúpiť akurát vyšmatlané tričko ktoré sa do roka sperie… otras a veľké sklamanie z mojej strany. Očividne prejdem na predražené aboutyou…

Rada u vás nakupujem, máte kvalitné veci, ktoré sedia podľa veľkosti, ktorú máte uvedenú. V prípade, že chcem vrátiť tovar, ste promptný, rýchlo reagujete a peniaze sú na účte do pár dní. Výhodou je že sa neplatí poštovné. Odporúčam nákupy u vás 🙂
