Artikel nur noch im IPhone–Hochformat ?
Eigentlich ganz solide App auch für das iPad, aber sobald man einen Artikel auswählt um die Details zu sehen, ist die Anzeige nur noch fürs IPhone Hochformat eingestellt. Komische QA.
Betrügerisches Verhalten!
Hallo, Mir wird ein Zalando Plus Abo über 15 € berechnet ohne das ich das Abo habe. In der App wird es mir nicht angezeigt. Auch ist der Aufbau der App sehr undurchsichtig aufgebaut und ich nicht einseitig kündigen kann. Ich benötige hier dringend Unterstützung!
Funktionen gewünscht
Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn die Filterfunktion verbessert wird. Hier sollte man sich vielleicht am Beispiel von ASOS orientieren. So kann ich bei ASOS zB alle Marken auswählen klicken und dann alle Marken abwählen, die mir nicht gefallen. Ferner sollte es möglich gemacht werden, Geschenkgutscheine per Copy Paste in der App hinzufügen. Das einfügen funktioniert derzeit nicht in der App.

Schrott Personalisierung
Ich bin als Herr XY registriert und trotzdem werden mir bei jedem Aufruf der App als auch der Website neuste Damentrends angezeigt. Was soll das sein? Personalisierung? Von meinen jemals ausgeführten Bestellungen erscheint nichts ähnliches bei Suchen oder Vorschlägen. Das die ganzen Cookies dieses schlechte kauferlebnis nicht zurück melden!

Mein Freund hat mir zur Weihnachtszeit Gutscheine im Wert von 200 € geschenkt – eine wirklich liebe Geste, weil er gesehen hat, dass ich ein paar Sachen im Warenkorb hatte. Leider kann der Gutschein nur für Modeartikel eingelöst werden, und mein Warenkorb bestand aus Schmuck. Jetzt habe ich 200 € Guthaben, kann damit aber nicht das kaufen, was ich wollte. Für mich fühlt sich das wie rausgeschmissenes Geld an. Schade, weil ich bei Zalando nie Modeartikel kaufe.
