Real-time push notifications on critical customer updates, a list of activity on your tickets in the notification feed. Configure which notifications you receive by group and when you want them, by day and time.

Get a snapshot of your ticket views to review volume, demand, and figure out what needs to be prioritised for your account.

Da vor iT-konsulent havde lyttet til vore behov og ønsker, blev der fra Zendesk stillet en Helpdesk. Den har virket fra første sekund. Ganske enkelt men med fuld funktionalitet. Zendesk giver gode varsler om opdateringer. Undertegnede har kun positive erfaringer med Zendesk. Vh Niels Laursen

Logs you out every time

Log in, close the app, open the app again - login isn’t saved and you have to start over again.

So much worse than the previous app (Zendesk for ipad)

The previous app was much better overall. This new app makes it difficult to get an overview. You can`t add notes to the subject/headline and things are no longer intuitive. I am so annoyed that I will actually uninstall the app as I no longer find it useful to my needs. Such a pity!

Macro problem

Overall good but i find it impossible to get macros to work properly in the app.

Acces Revoked - Sign in

A couple of times a day I have to log in when starting the app, and I have to type domain, login and password. As soon as I'm logged in, I get a red bar saying 'Access revoked - Sign in', and I have to sign in again. This didn't happen in the old app.

I miss the old app

I miss the possibility to get a quick view of the latest comment in the ticket without opening the ticket. I miss the possibility to comment on more than one ticket at the same time if they need the same answer.

Better - but critical component gone!

Overall the experience is better than the original app. However I can no longer lookup phone number and other details of contacts. I often call my clients based on ticket updates so this is critical for me.

Good app but very slow and not responsive

The Zendesk app works okay most of the time. But more often than not it’s unresponsive and you have to open and close the app multiple times to get anything to load

Prefer the webpage

Needs to allow phone calls like the webpage does. Doesn’t show the same amount of info has the webpage.
