Disappointment.

I wanted to use the app to upload data via Bluetooth from my Mi scale. It paired smoothly and worked well for the first few days. Then, I began noticing that the data wasn't showing up in the app anymore. I tried reinstalling the app, but the same issue persisted - it would work for a few days and then get stuck again. When I kept the app open while weighing myself, it just freezes. So basically, the app is useless and makes the scale useless too. Now I have to manually input my weight data. It's a total disappointment.

Frozen

App freezes the moment you open it and you can’t select anything. Hasn’t synced with my scales and is only showing data from years ago. Tried to reconnect but it wouldn’t pick up on the device. Shame that I spent money on a Bluetooth scale when I can’t even use the Bluetooth features

Like this app, but can’t pair with smart band 8 Says I need to download another app😐😐😐😐🤨🤨🤨😐🤨

Does not work

When I try to get it to pair with Apple health it does not appear on the list of apps

Week Month Year Sleep data not showing

Hi I love your app and use it mainly to track my sleep. Love the detail you provide here. I have a quick question - for July I don’t have any week month or year data - is there something I need to do? It worked perfectly up to July :)!

I find it very concerning this app/brand collects data from your Contacts, Text Messages, Emails, Photos and Videos for purposes off “app functionality” have a look for yourself under the App Privacy section of this page.

Wakes my phone up overnight

This app wakes up my phone overnight every hour and drains the battery. Hate it.

App keeps entering deleted data

No matter how much I delete incorrect weigh-ins from my smart scale they keep coming back. I had to unpair my scale to prevent this happening. Also Weigh-ins are entered 5 or 6 times in the health app So I have a smart scale i cannot use the smart features on. Waste of money. Update: now it’s not updating data to the health app. This app has really gone down hill in recent months. I’m no longer using this app because of these issues I’d give it zero stars if I could

App Doesn’t Connect to band

Even with working wifi and everything in working order, i can never connect the band to the app and the app constantly tells me to check my wifi and my wifi is fine and it works. Please fix this issue
