Работа приложения и сервиса, служба поддержки (видимо тоже используют своё решение) ... использовал больше года теперь мигрировал на нормальное а не «индуское» решение ... хотите загубить свой бизнес: попробуйте ... я перепробовал кучу решений, остановился на HelpScout а Zoho не советую никому но решение за вами
Of course there is no perfect app in the customer service space. But I want to tell to everyone else rather than changing is the app and complaining try to develop relationships with the vendor and be a little patient.

The iPhone app, just like the desktop version, is glitchy and unreliable. The cache refresh always has issues making recent records unavailable in searches sometimes for hours. Notifications are rarely delivered in real time, and push notifications sometimes just stop without the settings being turned off on the phone. When making changes to the properties of a ticket and saving, almost always at least one category doesn’t actually save. The app, as well as the desktop version, really need a lot of work to be considered a top tier product in my opinion.

I own a number of businesses and just migrated to Zoho desk to make things easier and more affordable. Not a problem nearly two weeks in almost and cheaper than the competition and offers just a tad more. I also love that there is a chat function, knowledge base, and I can easily communicate with my remote people from their desks. Zoho has made the migration to fully remote really easy so thanks.
