Cash grab. The game and plot is empty and odd. You get about 5 minutes of tutorial before you have ads pop up and prompts saying you can buy more coins. The “cash flow” in game is “1 coin” per minute at a kiosk and standard purchases in game start at 75 “coins”. So there is no way this game is playable without spending real money. The tutorial also teaches you next to nothing. Boring.
My game won’t load. It keeps just popping up saying our beaver chewed up some wires and the game will be relaunched. Has been happening since the latest update and I tried emailing but the email bounces back and says it doesn’t exist.

ZooCraft is an amazing game but there is a bug that makes my game freeze and it makes a glitch noise and the glitch keeps happening so I can’t place any more animals
I have been playing this game every day and it has brought me a lot of joy and I always look forward to what is new and collecting rewards and decorating my zoo. Amazing design and very fun. However when I opened the app recently it took a very long time to load and after accepting new terms and conditions, I lost my recent data and was slightly set back after the update. After going to setting and reconnecting with my Apple login, data was still lost. Also, the format on the screen is different tasks are not at the edge of my screen) and multiple parts of the game are now glitching. Please if the developers could swiftly fix these issues so I can get back on track and willing to spend money again once glitches are fixed. I believe it occurred when the update and sale began). Thanks a lot for the great game!
So much fun, graphics are great, animals are so cute. Lots to keep busy.
I am sick and tired of this one, terribly long add called abcmouse or something like that. I’m pretty sure I have seen it more than 1000 it is starting to make me go absolutely crazy. It goes for about 2-3 minutes and is really annoying. I would love if you could please change it to a much shorter add. Otherwise the game is bussing! Love how you can get babies of all the animals. Kind regards, People who play your game.
It is hard to hold my attention with games, but this one has succeeded. So easy to play and yet there is so much to it and so many animals it gets addictive playing it.
