Takes forever to load

I love the game but I rarely play because it takes FOREVER to load and usually just freezes on ‘kicking out drunk visitors’. Please fix this

Good game but…

It’s a great game and when you’re staring it’s very easy, but as you go on it becomes ridiculously expensive and if you don’t want to pay it takes ages to get anywhere, I have played this game on and off for years, it just seems to get more and more expensive, the developers always say they try to make it better for the players but this game has barely changed and just becomes more money based, I have spent £100 on this game and have barely gotten anywhere, everything gets more expensive as the levels increase but rewards never seem to increase, I’m at the point where land costs 550 gold coins but you only get 5 coins here or 10 Coins there it takes almost a whole week to buy a tiny square of land, emporiums cost over 100 000 to make, but tasks still only get you 1200 it literally takes a week to get enough money to upgrade to emporiums unless you’re willing to pay more money, animals take over two days to incubate which is honestly ridiculous, this games had become more about money than actual player enjoyment and that’s coming from someone who had played on and off for the last 8 years 🙄 developers always give the same bull answer and say they want to make the game better for the players but in 8 years barely anything has changed, I love the game but I lose interest because you literally have to come on 5 times a day and all you do is collect money because there is literally nothing to do while you try make enough money to do anything

Won’t load

Whenever I go on to the game it will not load therefore I am not able to play it

Great game but some issues

It’s a great fun game but at the beginning when you download it it takes like 20 mins to load it might just be my phone but just to warn you for fun it’s a really good game so would definitely recommend

Bad

I have just download your game and for some reason it does not load properly it starts to load and then goes back to the start I am only nine and I am not waiting for a hour just for it to load

Dull

This game is becoming very stale, very fast. I have played it years and it used to have great contents and great events. Not now, it’s this silly beach thing which has a poor mini game and it’s just dull. Also, giving celebrities a tour is ok, but the game doesn’t account for your zoo being bigger and it still giving you the same amount of time to complete the tours. I am very close to deleting this game, it needs to change fast. The developers are also extremely slow at responding and I cannot say their customer service is good. This game is dying.

1. There are so many animals to collect 2. You don’t have to pay to win 3. You can easily visit other people in a bus which is very fun if your me 4. There are adorable baby animals 5. The quests are fun and easy! So come play now on Zoo craft!

I don’t know what to do when it repeats the loading screen over and over again . So like I said Awful!

So many memories. Thanks to the developer.

Me and my nan loved this game. We would play it all the time when I went to her house. That was almost every day. Unfortunately, she passed away in 2021. I then quit playing the game, as I had nobody to play it with. Thank you developers for all the memories you helped us make. One last time - thanks.

Broken touch

Touching on objects located close to each other is still broken. Doesn’t register touches even when taping precisely at an object.
