I love this game
Best game ever made
This game is a lot of fun with cute animals and interesting tasks. But I knocked a star off for all the annoying ads. There is one in particular about working at a hotel and the ad goes on forever and you can not get out of it without quitting the game. This is ruining the game for me. I keep reporting it as a broken ad yet keep seeing it almost every time an ad pops up. Wish there were a way to play the game without ads.
I played this game few years ago, and I really love it. I would recommend this game to my friends even now! One thing I would suggest is that getting the coins from patron ad is not reliable… sometimes it gives you coins sometimes it doesn’t.
This game is disappointing and the animals on the cover, welllllllllllll, are clickbait and why when the game loads does it say KICKING OUT DRUNK VISITORS!!!! Like it’s not a big deal but i mean… children play this. Overall this game is so dissatisfying.
That’s why I rated there’s a four I wish you would get rid of some of them but if you don’t mind waiting then it’s a really awesome game. I do love it except too many ads.

I wasted so many coins on my aquarium just for it to disappear and now i have to pay moreeee to get spots for my fishes. Disappointed.
A few weeks ago a lost my zoo after putting a significant amount of time and (real) money into it. But my app was glitching and so I deleted the app and reinstalled. When I reinstalled the app it started me on a new game. I was extremely upset and promptly emailed customer service. They told me they would work on getting me access to my zoo, and it would take “a few days” but they would contact me when they were done. After a week I hadn’t heard anything and I still hadn’t gotten it back, and emailed for an update. I was told they “had a lot of tickets right now” and that my zoo would be recovered “possibly by the end of this week”. That was several weeks ago. I gave up emailing because I knew it was useless. 100+ hours of game play and $100+ down the drain.
