I use this mainly for stretching but what I’ll say applies to the entire app: The app is fine and offers a variety of exercises even at the free tier. That said, there are three major flaws in the way the exercises are presented. 1. You can’t turn off the music! It will only me muted if you are already playing music on the device. I like to listen to music elsewhere so this just makes a mess, especially considering I want to hear the app’s audio feedback. 2. Speaking of feedback: the app does not offer much. The biggest problem is it doesn’t let you know when the exercise period is over! When you’re doing some of these exercises you can look at the phone so you just have to wing it... This takes your focus away from the workout. 3. The exercise preview is of fixed length and is simply the opening seconds of the proper video. Many times this is not enough to see the whole requirements which means you are often surprised with unexpected positions.

I’ve loved and used zova for years! Sadly starting early spring this year the weekly workouts being updated haven’t been happening. The workouts are just not being updated. There’s been zero communication about it proactively or when I’ve reached out multiple times. I’m sad and hope they get this fixed or communicate what’s happening.

Agree with yjnaz, I love the app, but the weekly update in March went several weeks without update and now in April. “Weekly” updates are turning into monthly updates which is not the best exercise program.

I opted for the free trial and without notifying me or giving me the chance to turn the offer down the app subscribed me and put my account into overdraft because I don’t have the money for the app.

Have to say, this is the best workout app I’ve ever used and I have been using it for years. But recently my Weekly Program hasn’t changed for a month and the app itself has not updated for so many months. I really wonder if there is anybody still maintaining this app… Pls keep this app activated!!!

It kept me on the try for free screen and i looked for a x button but couldn't find one.

This App is EVERYTHING! It has totally changed my whole relationship with exercise. I’m pumped to workout and I trust the coach to design workouts that help me get fit without over- or under-doing it.

I’m loving the app: the workouts are challenging and entertaining. It’s nice to not having to think about what exercise to do, because you can follow along. The negative side is that calories counting is not at all accurate. I end up burning exactly the same calories that are supposed to be burnt, but I know I would have a totally different outcome if I used my regular fitness tracker. Also, the team is not very responsive.

Very disappointed in this app. It is very limited in its applications. I’ve reached out to the developers multiple times to request a refund and have not heard anything from them despite their auto reply stating “they will within 24 hours”. Don’t recommend even the free trial.

No men represented anywhere in the app. Feel like a guy that walked into a female only gym.
