Zova

I love this app. During the past few weeks, in these difficult times, when we need to stay at home, I found Zova a very good replacement for my gym workouts. It works perfectly with my Apple watch, and gives good estimations for my calories burn. I usually do hiit and core workouts to lose weight, and in 3 weeks I lost 1 kilo :)

The workouts are great, but are too hard if you’re not in shape. They don’t modify after you rate them as “too hard”. Also, a major problem is that the video sometimes freezes or not in sync with the trainers voice. I think the pros would benefit a lot from this app but if you’re a beginner or are not familiar with the technique then this app is much too difficult. Also, to my taste the workouts are a bit boring.

A decently one of the best fitness apps out there :-) would recommend to any one who wants to sweat those extra kilos out!

This app has is all. I just grab my phone and get to it ANY TIME, ANYWHERE. It’s the zero excuse app to get yourself back on track. I don’t even wear shoes lol!

Wanted to try it but know I cant afford it after the seven day free trial. Just another workout app thats only nice to have if you can afford it.

App was fine until it wasn’t. I used the suggested support email to try and get help but was ignored. I did buy this because it looked like they’d be responsive and helpful on my fitness journey but they just want your money and won’t help after they get it BEWARE

I feel like apps that force you to enter your email before they tell you this isn’t a free app is so sleazy. Shows me it’s not a good enough app to let me decide on my own if I’d like to give info over. This app is expensive and doesn’t tell you anything until after a quiz and entering your email.

Agree with yjnaz, I love the app, but the weekly update in March went several weeks without update and now in April. “Weekly” updates are turning into monthly updates which is not the best exercise program.

I opted for the free trial and without notifying me or giving me the chance to turn the offer down the app subscribed me and put my account into overdraft because I don’t have the money for the app.
