Really helps to organise my schedule and clients more efficiently. One issue is that I find I have to update this app almost every day for “bug fixes “ which is just a slight inconvenience when trying to book clients in face to face.

Most importantly you should be able to search services as suppose to scrolling,,,ll this is the most annoying as I have to scroll 100s of services to find what I want, this also causes duplicating service. trying to send a link to a client and scrolling through appointment types to find it is not working smart. Service variants should be an option, it makes it less messy A loyalty program should be integrated. I am really considering alternative option as it is

Great app for my pilates classes . Interface a little uninteresting and hard to make things pop but great app .. I’d really love a wait list facility so clients could automatically be added if classes are full and then someone reschedules or cancels … I’m still having to take wait lists and add manually myself where possible .. otherwise Acuity is great

5 stars no doubt, just perhaps one improvement. A tick box somewhere to prevent clients booking more than one appointment per day or maybe every three days or something. Clients are booking appointments and then rebooking later in the day.

This app it has taken all the hassle out of booking clients & reminding them of appointments. The option to take booking deposits has also stopped no-shows & last minute cancellations. Can’t recommend it enough.

I have been able to successfully schedule all my appointments for my beauty salon very easily. Love this service!

Great for businesses to plan and organise. Awesome integrations too. Real time saver!
