Acuity Scheduling

I’m generally very happy with Acuity + use it for scheduling and website. However, we really need multi-select appointments (example: I’m a client and I’d like to book a massage and brow shape) without having to duplicate all treatment types as add ons. Also, it would be useful if calendar settings were added as an app feature to update those on the go. I’ve submitted the multi-select appt suggestion to the team, however, no idea if it’s added to a product roadmap or a huge pool of suggested features. Thanks.

La App se está quedando bloqueada con mucha frecuencia Además de no dejar a los clientes que hacen citas online, poder cancelar o modificar su cita si así lo desean. Sobre todo si se acerca la hora de su cita En fin deberían arreglar estas cosas.

Full featured and reasonable fee Great support if needed

The app is okay, seems like there’s an update every other week though. And often times when trying to take a card payment it will decline, but when I just go straight to square it works fine. There’s also been issues with my clients paying their deposit when booking.

I have been trying to get into my app for like 2 1/2 to 3 weeks now. I don’t know if there was an update or what not, but it’s very aggravating that I can’t get into my app like I have always done before. I use to just use my Apple ID and facial recognition to get in…always. Now when I do that it tells me that it sent a 6 digit code to the email associated with the account, which I still have not seen. I don’t even use my email address to log in even though they have my email address, but I still have not received any 6 digit codes. I checked all my mail boxes. I then proceeded to go ahead and just make a password since the other way was giving me trouble. When I made a password it took me to an old account that I had when I first started with them as a free trial, and not my current. It says my website expired, but I don’t have a website. I tried to have a website during the free trial and did not like it so I just opted to only use their scheduling system. But any way… now when using the password it does not connect me to what I’m using currently. And this is only happening on the app. On computer I am able to get into it fine. I tried to reach out, but then it asks you to upload documents such as bank account and statement as well as an ID…MAN IM JUST TRYING TO REACH YOU BY EMAIL AND TELL YOU MY PROBLEM. If it were not that I have people still on my books as we speak I would change companies. I was really liking the platform I am on but if it continues like this I will eventually have to make a decision soon.

Half the time the app doesn’t allow me to log in. The website is still up but I can’t access the account. The app always says error or no account found. Why am I paying if I can’t even get in .

Horrible app. Not as easy as it seems to create your schedule. I payed $200 for a year subscription to use the app and it has said my trial has expired. This I have emailed and contacted them and they have yet to reach out and fix the problem. I am losing clients due to this inconvenience. Do not

The app only shows remaining balance and not what client has already paid, very annoying .
