If you are a new ADCB Mobile App user or if you are using the app on a new device, register with the following steps:
- Download and launch the ADCB Mobile App
- When prompted, enter your ADCB Credit Card/Debit Card Number and PIN; enter the activation key that is sent to your registered mobile number
- Alternatively, you can enter your ADCB Customer ID and activation key which you can obtain through our Personal Internet Banking or the 24/7 Contact Centre
If you are an existing user, you will be prompted to enter your existing ADCB Mobile App password for authentication and biometric re-enrollment (handset dependent).

Real time transfer from another uae bank to adcb tooks so long

Poor app

Only this app cannot change number manually.. Hassle calling costumer support and is not free to call.. app are not convenient.. poor IT developers .. just earn money, not satisfaction services…

Cannot connect to Apple Pay

I’ve been trying to connect my ADCB to Apple Pay but I can’t. I could go up to choosing which card to choose( credit or debit) but after that I can’t tap anything. Nothing is happening whichever I choose. Haysss

Bugs and Slow Loading

I've been using the ADCB app for about two days now and so far all it's done is tell me "my session has expired, please log back in" RIGHT after I have JUST logged in. I dont understand, it must be a bug? Also, it loads so slow even though I have proper internet connection.

Not working

The app is not working. Keeps on saying that it cant carry out my request to Sign in.
