I moved to this bank expecting smoother experience. However, it’s very disturbing and annoying. If I want to apply for something, it keeps me in a vicious loop of “resume application/delete application”. It never ends. I tried all the options and I remain in the same loop. I canceled my credit cards and I still see them in my account active. The app is very annoying

The early adoption of technology has big drawbacks, the facial recognition fails more often than acceptable. And when you request to switch, it takes hours, and after a few days you are forced to use the face recognition again. A frustrated user.

I love ADCB, in my opinion is probably the best bank in the UAE, however the app leaves a lot to be desired, this app needs a refresh so it can truly be as good as the bank itself.

Can’t even log into my account properly without facing some issues. Simply put, this app is filled with so many bugs.

Please try to do something about thisone i dont know you need to charge that kind of amountfor transfering money to philippines. I paid already 21aed for the process and i dont get what is 105aed for? Im trying to contact the cusomer service but nonsense

Received SMS from ADCB that you are one of the chosen one to apply for new Credit Card with reward offer with condition that card must be applied through MobileApp. But when I apply through ADCB MobileApp, it says your application cannot be processed. This is like you receive the invitation and when you turn up, you are told you are not invited. ADCB MobileApp is a disappointment. ADCB Management needs to look at these kind of cases and should fix the technical issues in MobileApp

I am using iphone 14 promax 17.5.1 After the updates from the adcb app i am not able to open it, i reinstalled the application, this is a verry pathetic a banking app should not be like this
