For me it is very difficult in using the app. Its not user friendly very difficult find the emi status and all.

The time loader can be on red colour as per brand colour of ADCB and it can little bigger to see that’s the application loading and not to press any option. Loader also white or light grey colour and background also white, the light grey of loader some time when we have lower brightness, it is difficult to understand that application working or not.

Can’t log out from app in I phone 15pro

Please know they have the tendency to charge fines without ADCB alerts(SMS). Which means you won’t get an ADCB alert/SMS of amount deduction when they are charging you some fee. So if you are someone who ignores emails and is not constantly checking bank apps and keeping track of transactions , you will be unaware that they are charging you fee as you won’t receive an SMS (alerts) . Even my account closure request was denied without any alerts. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Their customer service chats will ALWAYS and ALWAYS be facing some network issue.

The transaction is taking two days other all banks only 10minutes maximum

I cant see adcb hayyak application

Only started using the app since yesterday, but there is difficulty in logging in to the app most of the time , I was able to login yesterday evening , does the app only works at evening time ? Or is there any particular time to use the app, pls let us know.

Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you so much for giving opportunity to transfer in INR currency but transfer rate is very low compare to other bank and Exchange. So my review writing is to keep lower rate of fund transfer then it could be number of people can transfer from ADCB THANK YOU !
