Siri will not lock or unlock door. It worked at first then quit working and I can’t get it to work.

My ADT hasn’t worked in years. No one will come look at it. You can’t get a hold of everyone. The app is worthless if the equipment never works.

Nothing ever works

It’s taken me all morning to get a fix for my alarm system. The web page is awkward! I tried signing up for MyADT but it wants my contract number. Where is that? It’s not on the other app adt this is a very frustrating experience

ADT has totally gone downhill since we first had a years ago… There’s always a slow stream… Has nothing to do with our network… We’ve had that checked… Then there streams that don’t even go live because it times out… The cameras shots are granny at Best so if you need some camera shots to prove something, you couldn’t do it with this footage. It makes me sick how much money we’ve spent/spend on the ADT alarm system. Then when you go back to try to get in contact with the person who sold you your ADT alarm, he’s nowhere to be found. it’s just poor all the way around.

I’ve called twice about a camera that keeps going on and was hung up on twice. I didn’t even get a chance to speak to anyone. The camera has been out for over a month now.

The former version of the ADT app was far more developed and functional, you can’t do anything on her, bipassong, clearing notifications when you are away, you can’t see any video it’s terrible.

Unstable to say the least.

Don’t trust anyone or anything that has to do with this company

Why is there no help on this app? Trying to figure out how to pull up video of the store? In addition have asked for help on several occasions but can’t seem to get anyone to assist with multiple issues. Why do I have in house protection of products when it’s gonna cost a fee to have a tech come out. I know in the past before I upgraded my service I got a tech no problem no fee, now it’s like $$$ for someone to come out. Not very good customer service or support.
