Remote start crashes the new updated app.

Remote start is the main reason to pay for this service. Apparently an app bug has prevented this feature from working for the last month - and when it works, it takes quite a while to actually start. You would think they could do a little better - but since this is for pre 2018 vehicles , I guess they are lower priority on the chain of complaining customers.

Update: The app’s name was changed to Mbrace and the remote start STILL DOESNT WORK! Every time I go to use the remote start option, the app freezes on me! In extremely hot or extremely cold weather this was a very useful and necessary option. Please fix!

I’ve had a subscription for 4 months, the app has worked for maybe half that time. This is after paying $300 to have things transferred to me from the previous owner at the dealership. Frequent bugs and outages. Now crashes whenever selecting Remote Start. If Mercedes is going to hide remote access behind a subscription, it needs to work.

Would give this app a solid five except even after the latest update, the remote start portion on the app causes it to crash and shut down. Please fix it.

The app is now completely unusable

They did an update recently, now the whole reason I paid for the service doesn’t work. It’s 100 degrees outside and if I click the remote start tab the app just closes. My WORK TRUCK is a FORD and that app works 1000x better than this.

I am not sure what happened in the new updated app, but I am not able to access any features for “remote start”, lock and unlock, etc. Please fix this. I’m not sure how many people use it, but I use it daily. Would be nice to use something we have already paid for. Especially, when other companies have managed to remote start and other features via their key fobs. Apps are cool, but useless if they don’t work. Help! Thanks in advance.

Every time I try to remote start my car the app disappears from my screen. I called tech support they did a reset and it still didn't work. " Someone will contact you" they said. None has contacted me and it still doesn't work. I paid for a service that stopped working. Not happy!!!

It's been over a month that the app crushes when you try to remote start the car. The only reason I am paying 18$ a month and it's not working.
