one year ago I purchased a workout and registered in the app. during the pandemic I stopped visiting the gym and make the program, now the account has been deleted and there is no training. "Contact where you bought a year ago" 🤦🏽♂️ it was fixed, now 4 stars. Some more: sometimes when switching to another application, the training time is reset. when closing the next approach, the previously entered weight is not taken into account

Desde que la actualizaron no eh podido entrar a mi cuenta , tengo dos planes pagamos y no los puedo hacer , porque no me solucionan nada , prefiero la versión Antigua
Borraron mi cuenta de Taylor Kayteee y llevo más de un mes reportando y no me solucionaba nada.... pésimo servicio😠
Deberían de durar mas los videos.. 60 segundos mínimo. O deberían de hacer toda la rutina en video y de esa manera vas siguiendo ahí mismo sin necesidad de estar parando a ver tu celular. Como si fuera un video de YouTube con cronómetro ahí mismo en el video.
New app is very bad vs old one 1. Header with clock timer does not freeze, so when you go thru the routine you ca not see the timer 2. If you are listen music when you play the video stop listening you playlist, this did not happen with the prev app 3. Reps going crazy and changed vs the qty recommended on the routine is annoying 4. When you complete the sets most of the times is not possible so it not possible continue with the routine
The program I’m doing is great, and I love that it lets you indicate the weight you’re lifting, though some exercises don’t really need that. The timer suddenly stops when I’m doing a workout which can be very confusing, and some minor glitches when using.
I used to record my sessions for the Taylor Kate’s guide, it’s so useful 😌
