Thank you akbar
They are thieves
I made a booking and full payment and after two hours got a call from customer service that we are unable to make the booking because of the price hike from Airline side but actually she was lying because luckily I had checked with the airline already and my reservation with the airline was expired due to non payment within a specific time allotted by the airline to Akbar Travel and these thieves were asking me to pay AED 100 extra for their own incompetence. What a shame

Booking details not showing the application…I’m not seen this type of worst application in my life
Charged without giving ticket and shared payment link for extra amount.
These guys are increasing prices after charging cards and then send you the payment link. When I called the customer care the representative tells me if you pay first then it’s your ticket otherwise other customer will get it. It’s like Fastest Finger First here. And all this after making the payment online. Amazing NOT!!

It’s not working properly sometimes the far shows wrong wasting time.and bug some time steck the app.

High fee charges on credit card payments
First shows you less fare than making booking sudden fare jumps to high and making payments 36 Aed charges for credit card payments. It’s shouldn’t be charged. If you charge these types of charges than we should use airline websites directly.
