Suddenly became logged out and then can't login to the app, however the credentials used are working well in web! Please fix it

I paid for it but I couldn’t use it. It will as too complicated to set it up, costumer service the worst.

We will return to the United States in early April 2020. Plan to return later this year. Wish to maintain my number. But will cease renewal after the last renewal in March 2020. What do I need to do? M

The last version was much better. I can no longer see my voice call balance left and since I get just 500 mb/month, I'd much rather see my data available in MB rather than GB.

I can't log in to your latest app. It keeps saying something went wrong. I'm on 5s. Just updated to v2.1 but still the same.

App Store says open however app does not open

I changed to Amaysim last year. And i can't be happier! Awesome service and awesome and cheap plans! Each time there's a new thing, thank you so much for adding unlimited texts and 300 minutes to 32 countries! now i can communicate with my Dad anywhere without internet. 😄 thanks for being such an 'Amaysim' provider 😅
