Live chat doesn’t work and call back not working either on item that has not arrived and says it has can’t contact anyone

Had app a few times and no problems ,delivery has been good very convenient service ,did contact customer support two times once by the computer giving options which is Very frustrating and problematic in times of need,second time by phone which was very comforting and easy service which was during the week,as a thought myself with reading reviews weekends and night orders come to mind as vulnerable 🤔 maybe 24hr phone support if business finances permits.but not no sercurity issues had one scare tho but overall Amazon does it for me keep up the good work 👍🫵👍

I Love shopping on Amazon because it’s so easy and fast with having prime.

Ever since Christmas update the app has been slow to load /not even loaded at all. Has glitched on an order to a point where it even charge me for 2 of the same products (refund given)

All too often the app fails to load. In addition, kindle unlimited fails almost as often as it works. As a result it’s pot luck whether or not I can download, read or delete a book, despite paying for the privilege.

Tried to create an account toady. It only ask for my email add and password. No forms to fill-up for name, address, confirmaion of password etc like the usual stuff when creating a new account. Tried several times to no avail.

People are complaining about the deliveries and stuff, but in my opinion it’s a very manageable and easy system :), the only thing i would change is that there could be a filter for amazon prime even if you don’t have it, aside from that, all good!! 😌

This would be a perfect app if it actually showed the product I am searching for, mainly mine. No matter what I put in the search bar, including my key words, title etc it doesn’t show. Getting support is none existent and talking to AI is pointless.
