Hello Amazon Team, I noticed that the time delivery estimations don‘t update fast enough! At first I was told by the app that my delivery will arrive at 8pm, which is kinda late but still fine. After 1hour, I received a notification, that attempted delivery happened at 1pm !? How can You even attempt delivery 7hrs earlier than the delivery estimation given to the customer. Please fix this. Moreover, if delivery is expected in 15minutes, or in 30min, pls send a sms or email to the customer, that she/he can get ready to welcome the supplier! Least not last, if customer is not present, could you call ans ask her/him what steps are to be taken next? ( like: delivery at another hour or self pick up at specified destination )
