Απαράδεκτη για Ελλάδα δε μπορείς να επικοινωνήσεις δε σου δίνει καμία δυνατότητα η εφαρμογή. Το αν θα παραλάβεις είναι θέμα τύχης. Παράδειγμα σε παραγγελία σύνολο 360€ + η αποστολή έγινε με Κροατικό ταχυδρομείο που δεν έχεις καμία δυνατότητα επικοινωνίας μαζί τους κ μου έρχονταν μηνύματα ότι δε μπορούσαν να παραδόσουν σε κτίριο με ρεσεψιόν 24/7!!!

Please start shipping in Greece 🇬🇷 because there is no point that we can download this app without be able to actually use it

I made an account on chrome without saving the password for auto log in and after a couple of times I entered my account was locked. In the meantime I have made an order, payed for it and from there the stupidity starts. They couldn’t let me to log in the account (temporarily locked), customer service chat need to be logged in. I tried to change password nothing again. With another account start to chat about the issue and they always said an email with instructions will come within 24-48 hours. Nothing happens till now, I lost my money probably. Thank you amazon for me is a big NO.

Great but can be perfect adding dark mode

Fantastic. The only complain is that: 1. it does not use DHL for all orders (or have an option to choose for) and… 2. Some items are never in discount price for prople living in EU but not in the country of Amazon shop… What the hell, it is supposed that EU cares about the equality of all of its citizens (can you imagine a restaurant that make discounts only to the local people they are having a dinner in it?)

Being to another country I cannot use my primevideo account because no any of notification could be accepted from iphone app. So simple thing and Anazon failed. Change your phone app director immediately, Amazon !! And of course I’ll proceed to refund for this month and I’ll close my account. You are getting worse and worse every year. Better to use netflix
