Amazon Flex

Only been doing this 2 weeks and they’ve already put a bad taste in my mouth. First delivery is in line to pick up and get checked in pull up to pick up only to find that my block has been pulled because I was 2 minutes outside the pickup window from sitting in the line to check in. No biggie I’ll run again….next time a worker assigns 2 packages to me outside my run area get dinged for not even having them in my vehicle to deliver… getting close to losing my cool. Third times a charm right? Wrong in the middle of back to back delivery blocks I realize that I won’t make it to the next block pickup in time try to cancel an hour before block start time only to be told I have to finish deliveries in this block first. After finishing I’m gonna miss the block either way so I go ahead and forfeit the block instead of being considered late to only be emailed a day later and told I’ll be penalized for it anyway. Great for extra money but at this point honestly wondering if it’s worth the hassle of fighting all the nitpicking they’re doing just to drop your rating over stuff I had no control over.

After 3 years delivering on amazon flex they send me an email saying that i have two or more amazon flex profiles associated with my information and they deactivated my account !! I called support they said i see that you have only one account on my system!! I don’t what is going on!! And r found a lot of people has the same issue and they email support and do nothing still deactivated!! And you don’t even know what you can do just wait and wait and wait for no reason!!!

Now if someone grabs a block by mistake and leaves it free, they no longer throw blocks at you at that time, you have to work at other times, they should fix that

They pay good, honest kinda cool side hustle fr, sometimes they give you a lot to do and sometimes the lockers in some apartment complex buildings don’t be accessible or accurate…but they eventually do listen and fix after they get enough calls from employees…try it out and Amazon slide me a couple more buckets , love y’all

this new update 2/28/25 whenever i try to get a block the entire screen disappears… what’s the point in that? to block us even more when it’s impossible as is with all the bots & clickers.. makes sense 3/1/25 update didn’t go away. look the app is slow & clunky enough. i don’t need a white splash screen when rejecting or trying to accept a route making it even slower. how bout you do that with the bot ran accounts instead

I would like to let you know that I use IPhone 13 to work with Amazon Flex APP and the main issues I have is that the offers come to me when it is too late for me to accept them, another issue is that the sound when notified about offers does not make any sound, also when on route GPS say on speech instruction to turn left and the turn needs to be to the right. Hope for some improvements here.. thank you and my apologies for pointing out this issues.

Terrible app, slow navigation, takes in allies, the voice is very annoyed well
