Amazon la verdad es una gran empresa pero la verdad Amazon flex no sirve no puedo agarrar bloques todo lo tienes los bost y Amazon no hace nada en solucionar nada el perjudicado es uno que no agarrar los bloques por culpa de las persona Que usan bost malisima está aplicación no sirve

No les recomiendo esta aplicación es una basura no te paga bien los bloques y te dan demasiados paquetes

I was terminated because I missed the 45 minutes mark on 3 of my jobs. I explained to them that I ran out of gas & my car started acting up is why I missed the mark for 2 of the jobs. Instead of 45 mins, I canceled within 42 mins on the other job. They could’ve at least gave me a suspension. Since I’m in school right now & not working, this has been my go to & life saver. I explained all of this to them & they still said I wasn’t eligible to participate in the program anymore.

Doubt anyone will read this or care but this program has gotten worse throughout the years when I first started the base pay was more and it was easier to find blocks especially the ones I wanted also i don’t have any clue why they would make 4-5 stations in the same area I live on the other side of town and it makes it difficult to pickup blocks and lastly I don’t mind working but when I’m working a block and it takes the entire time and I still have to drive 1+ hrs home It’s ridiculous. Not to mention you will use majority of the money you make to get gas

The Delivery route will reroute you many times even though you may or may not be at the right location. They need to fix this. I delivered for 1 month and then got canned for just “driving” because the app doesn’t take into account the speed signs even though it’s on a 35mph road. I don’t care to work for such a lousy company that gives you 300+ packages for a route during Holiday season. Not to mention the missort of the packages in the totes when looking for the correct package. The company I worked for treated me like garbage. Maybe because they are garbage?

I love that this is available for people to be able to do to make a couple extra dollars. I am extremely behind on some bills getting him grateful to be able to make up for working here.

I am impressed at how organized Amazon Flex is with the app, the routes, and the excellent staff. I recommend this to anyone that wants to give back to their community by delivering.

First, i’d like to say that the employees working at the pick up point and the drop off points for Amazon are very helpful and accommodating and patient. I’m new and have worked 5 blocks. I’ve learned a lot. On about 5 or 6 deliveries, after I scan &. drop parcel in preferred spot & taken photo, the app says I need to deliver package?? Another concern is no Wi-Fi in the rural areas, making scanning , route map & final delivery photo very challenging. Yesterday the employee who is there when I had to drop some packages off that I could not deliver, she was able to show me how to download an alternative map on my phone. This may help. I have been assigned to mostly rural routes, which is not a problem, however, on the occasions when the route lasted longer than four hours, possibly five or six, finding a restroom becomes a problem. Because I’m literally out in the middle of nowhere and the nearest restroom might be 12 to 15 miles away, which would take too much time to go to use it. If there were a way to arrange the schedule, so there might be one possible bathroom break in a 4-5 hour shift, That might be helpful. I have no problem staying on my route until all the packages are delivered, but on two occasions, I have had to return packages because I had no way to find the addresses and delivery points. I have tried to use the call for assistance Feature on the Amazon app but the people on the other end are not familiar with how to solve any of the issues that I’ve had. Luckily, I am learning how to adapt to the few challenges I have had, and I am mostly able to sell them on my own. Loose dogs, and other animals are very common in the rural areas. I am learning how to adjust to this challenge as well, and I’ve had no issues. On just one occasion, I selected to call the customer option because I could see that they were home, and getting connected to the customer was very difficult and I was not able to contact the customer. Overall, I think things are going fairly well, however, the number of packages that are expected to be delivered in the timeframe given, in the rural areas, might be an unrealistic expectation of Amazon. Any suggestions that you would have that might help me be more efficient, I would appreciate. Thank you. Wendy Polito

Sleepless nights fighting with BOTS to grab a decent paying route. Expect to alter your sleeping habits because you’ll spend hours fighting for a good route. The app maps are decent, but need improvement. Lastly, Driver support is not always helpful. Other that that, I enjoy delivering.
